What You Do

You will have the opportunity to engage in large-scale and cross-functional audits while acquiring in-depth knowledge of the business and enhancing your personal development in a multicultural work environment. A Senior Auditor is a seasoned professional who requires minimal supervision and supports the lead auditor in managing less experienced auditors. Your interpersonal skills will be valuable in collaborating with various audit managers and Audit Practice Heads overseeing your projects.

Occasionally, you may need to provide context to your audit findings during follow-up reviews to ensure timely implementation of recommendations. Additional tasks may be assigned by the Head of Internal Audit, Head of Audit Practice, or the overseeing Audit Practice Head.

Your key responsibilities:
  1. Using your skills to examine the effectiveness of risk management, control, governance, and operational efficiency, documenting your work thoroughly.
  2. Communicating effectively with the audit team and management regarding findings, recommendations, and associated risks.
  3. Respecting management's time through proper planning and conducting meetings efficiently.
  4. Challenging and ensuring management action plans address risks appropriately before final report issuance.
  5. Developing strong relationships with Heads of Functions and local CEOs.
  6. Mentoring junior auditors and sharing knowledge to enhance team skills.
  7. Supporting administrative tasks like risk assessments, audit planning, and documentation.
  8. Presenting your findings at closing meetings.
What You Bring
  • 4-6 years of audit experience.
  • A proactive, energetic attitude.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (30-40%), with flexibility.
  • Ability to work with diverse cultures and teams.
  • Experience in interviewing, project management, or risk management.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Continuous learning mindset and curiosity about business dynamics.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CIA, CPA) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of UK FCA requirements and financial services experience are desirable.
  • Foreign language skills are highly valued.
