This Senior Audit Manager role within the not-for-profit team is available due to company growth and succession planning. It offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual to advance their career, working alongside and reporting to renowned Audit Partners. Your new role

• Managing a large portfolio of not-for-profit clients, with potential for expansion.
• Participating in strategic planning for your team and the wider audit business, encouraging your ideas.
• Engaging in business development and networking activities.
• Leading the planning and decision-making processes for your engagements.
• Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to provide additional services across the firm.
• Enhancing audit efficiencies and internal processes continuously.
• Reviewing team work and providing constructive feedback.
• Coaching and training team members, including trainees and the wider audit division.
• Collaborating closely with Audit Directors and Partners, with ongoing support and part of succession planning.
