Job Description

We’re recruiting for aSenior Audit Manager to join us. We’re offering acompetitive base salary and car allowance.

You play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Asset Management business with a focus on Private Markets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conducting annual risk assessments and updating the audit plan
  • Executing risk-based audit plans and managing audit resources
  • Identifying opportunities to use technology for audit efficiency
  • Communicating audit results and agreeing on actionable recommendations
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitoring regulatory and business changes and proposing audit responses
  • Providing input to senior management on significant risk areas
  • Supporting the development of junior team members through coaching
Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Professional auditing, accounting, or actuarial qualification (CIIA, ACA, ACCA, IFoA) or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk management, and corporate governance
  • Experience in managing internal audit delivery within financial services
  • Proven leadership skills in directing audit programmes and quality control
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and judgement skills
  • Commitment to treating customers fairly and embedding these principles in audit practices
