The Team
The Senior Audit Manager will join our Internal Audit (Compliance) team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead audits and projects, assess and manage risk, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. The role reports to the VP, Internal Audit and offers a hybrid working model from our London, Pall Mall office.
Role and Responsibilities
Lead and execute risk, operational, and finance audits/projects.
Review audit findings with management and collaborate on action plans.
Provide clear, timely, and meaningful reporting to senior management.
Assess and communicate risks impacting strategic objectives.
Facilitate cross-functional engagement to ensure effective risk mitigation.
Act as a trusted risk advisor to senior executives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Internal Audit function.
Partner with teams to promote collaboration and identify best practices.
Develop, delegate, and evaluate team members to optimise resources.
Support VP, Internal Audit with Board and Audit & Compliance Committee reporting
What you’ll bring
Proven experience as an Audit Manager / Senior Audit Manager
Ideally a qualified Accountant / Auditor - ACA, ACCA, IIA, or CISA qualified.
Strong understanding of business operations, finance, IT, and project management.
Managerial experience supervising multi-task teams.
Proven track record of leading projects to successful completion.
Ability to influence thinking and gain acceptance across diverse stakeholders.
Quick to establish credibility with multiple audiences.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on analytics to drive team engagement.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Inquisitive and collaborative, capable of working effectively across functions.
