Job summary

Crowe Watson Recruitment in Bristol is seeking an ACA or ACCA qualified Audit Senior to lead assignments from planning through to completion across a varied and interesting client portfolio.

The role offers £36,000 to £44,000 per annum (DOE) permanent, full-time, with flexible working and a clear pathway to Assistant Manager. You will supervise junior staff, review audit files to high standards, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or close to qualification, with a strong audit background.
• At least three years' experience within a UK Practice environment.
• Proven experience leading audit assignments and supervising junior staff.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Leading audit assignments from planning to completion across a varied portfolio.
• Preparing and reviewing audit files to a high technical standard.
• Supervising and coaching junior members of the audit team.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process.
• Communicating findings and recommendations clearly to managers and partners.
