Job summary

Austin Rose Associates in London seeks an Audit Data Analytics Senior Manager to lead the ADA team and drive AI-driven audit initiatives.

You will design bespoke analytics solutions, ensure governance, and embed advanced analytics into audit methodology while building technical capability across the firm. The role also offers a true work-life balance and a transparent progression path toward Director level as the firm grows beyond the Big 4.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification with 2–3 years PQE in external audit or data analytics.
• Strong Power BI proficiency and experience with low-code platforms.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML to audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ADA team operations and support complex engagements.
• Research and implement AI and data analytics solutions to automate workflows.
• Establish governance and quality frameworks for data analytics across the practice.
• Embed analytics into standard audit methodology and develop technical capability.
