Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Audit Data Analyst to support internal audit delivery through advanced data analytics. This role focuses on enabling data-driven audits, improving assurance through analytics, and working closely with audit teams and stakeholders across various business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with audit teams to scope and plan analytics
2. Source, transform, and analyse audit-relevant data
3. Translate audit objectives into actionable analytics use cases
4. Present results clearly to non-technical stakeholders
5. Coach and mentor junior analysts and auditors
6. Enhance audit analytics tools, processes, and standards
7. Support delivery across audits in areas such as finance, operations, and asset management
8. Participate in agile planning and team collaboration sessions
9. Promote adoption of data-driven auditing practices

Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years' experience in data analytics, ideally within audit or assurance
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in SQL (required); Python experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end analytics delivery
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., scrum)
• Experience working with internal audit, risk, or compliance functions (preferred)
• Knowledge of machine learning applications (preferred)
• Quick adaptability to various systems and datasets
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
