Your new role
As a senior manager, you will be planning, organising, and leading audit engagements for various clients and sectors. Your day-to-day duties will include reviewing audit work, communicating with clients, stakeholders, and regulators, and resolving any issues or queries. Additionally, you will take the lead in supervising, coaching, and mentoring audit juniors/seniors, ensuring their performance and development. Alongside carrying out this high-quality audit work, you will receive continuous support throughout your role.
What you'll need to succeed
This organisation is seeking a professional Senior Manager with extensive experience working in an audit team within practice, carrying out high-quality audit work. Experience in all three aspects of an audit and plenty of exposure to coaching junior members will allow you to be successful in this job role. You will be ACA/ACCA qualified. The organisation is looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and managerial skills, with a strong commitment to providing professional excellence to help you build strong client relationships, as well as good analytical review skills. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and expand upon their own skills as an audit professional.
