Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit experience in an accounting practice.
• Accounts preparation experience is advantageous.
• Pursuing ACA or ACCA is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion with responsibility for progress.
• Perform audit fieldwork independently and as part of a team.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
• Identify audit risks and control weaknesses and propose practical recommendations.
• Prepare statutory accounts alongside audits across varied client portfolios.
• Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
• Prepare corporation tax returns and supporting schedules for senior review.
