Key job responsibilities
Your Impact as our new Senior Assurance Manager, you'll be instrumental in:
• Lead the Assurance team, architecting and implementing second-line defence risk monitoring frameworks
• Pioneering data-driven approaches to compliance testing
• Transforming complex regulatory requirements into practical, actionable solutions
• Providing strategic advisory support to regulated entities across the UK and EU
What You'll Do
• Design a multi-year assurance testing approach across multiple regulated entities
• Undertake deep-dive investigations into operational processes
• Develop and implement innovative risk monitoring solutions
• Partner with senior stakeholders to enhance control environments
• Leverage data analytics to revolutionize compliance assurance
• Drive continuous improvement in our Assurance Program
What You'll Need
• Proven experience in financial services compliance or audit
• Strong understanding of UK/EU financial regulations (financial crime, payments, insurance, and / or consumer credit)
• A proven track record of manager a high performing team
• Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
• Analytical mindset with a talent for problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced levelPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
