Job Title: Senior Associates looking for partnership- platform firm ( all practice areas)
Salary: £175,000-£300,000
PQE Level: Partner
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
There is a perception in the market that platform/fee sharing/virtual law firms are not credible alternatives to traditional law firms. However, in this instance, our client brings the best of both worlds: high take-home pay based on your own practice and the freedom to build your practice how you wish and work the hours you want. Some partners spend 6 months skiing or traveling the world, with genuine integration in terms of marketing, global reach, associate resourcing, and quality of peer group (up-and-coming senior associates and big-hitting partners from leading global and US law firms).
If you are a senior associate with a portable practice of at least £250k, then this is a great option.
