We are looking for a Senior Associate (remote, full time) / VP for a venture fund Golden Falcon Capital (https://falconcapital.vc/).

Golden Falcon Capital is a dynamic investment firm based in the US, boasting a $100M VC fund that swiftly commits up to $5M into late stage ventures across the US, Israel, and emerging markets.

The fund's strategy implies investments in fast-growing leaders of the venture capital market with a liquidity horizon of 2-4 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Sourcing: Proactively identify and screen potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and other strategies.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including financial modelling, valuation analysis, and assessment of market trends, competitive landscape, and management teams.
  • Work closely with senior team members on deal execution, including negotiation, structuring, and closing of investments.
  • Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, providing analytical support for operational improvements and growth strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, other investors, and industry professionals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Economics.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a related field within the UK.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for technology and startups.
  • Strong spoken English
