About the Role:

In our new Senior Associate seat here in the London office, you\'ll be at the forefront of identifying and delivering business-as-usual (BAU) change initiatives across Investment Operations. You\'ll collaborate with stakeholders across investments and change teams, challenge the status quo, and contribute to broader strategic projects—all while championing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

As a newly created and growing function here at the Fund, this seat will work with teams globally to support strategic operational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver BAU change items across Investment Operations (Public Markets and Treasury focus)
• Identify improvement opportunities and advocate for innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with external vendors (e.g. BRS, JPM, Calypso) to enhance processes and automation.
• Lead operational readiness activities and support project delivery.
• Act as a change champion, promoting a culture of curiosity and innovation.
• Communicate change impacts and updates across teams.
• Contribute SME input to larger change initiatives led by the Operations Change team.

What You\'ll Bring

• Significant experience in middle office operations within fund, investment management, or custodian type environment
• Excellent exposure to investment operations, mainly listed markets and treasury focused.
• Relevant degree / equivalent experience in investment operations
• Hands-on approach, with a desire to work in a dynamic workplace that enjoys optimisation and automatization projects.
• Experience with Aladdin is a major plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Operational understanding of data flows between asset owners, fund managers, and custodians.
• Courage and desire to query and challenge processes and embrace new ideas.
