Michelmores LLP in Exeter is seeking a Senior Associate to join the highly regarded Residential Development team within the Transactional Real Estate (TRE) group. You will support the team in delivering first-class service to clients, including acquisitions, disposals, and strategic land matters.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 PQE in commercial real estate with a focus on residential development and a commercial, client-focused approach.

Our highly experienced Transactional Real Estate (TRE) group is looking for a Senior Associate to join our highly regarded Residential Development team. In this role you will support the team in delivering first-class service to clients. This will include:-
Our TRE team is a leading real estate team operating across all offices and offers the full range of services to the Real Estate Sector. They combine technical know-how with our formidable, commercial approach. We know what first class looks like. Our team members hail from some of the best City practices and many are recognised as 'leading individuals' by Chambers & Partners.
Specifically, our Residential Development team is particularly strong. We act for a wide range of regional and national house builders, residential developers and landowners, including providers of affordable housing, student accommodation and retirement housing.
In relation to strategic land development, the team has an in-depth knowledge of promotion agreements and other legal structures and issues relating to the delivery of strategic land to development stage. We offer a full service to developers, promoters and landowners, including complex planning and tax issues.
Our team is accustomed to delivering projects in the most commercially effective and tax-efficient way.
