What will you do?


You will work with clients to enhance the operational effectiveness of their tax functions, improving processes, technology, and risk controls. Your role will involve:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve tax reporting processes, automation, and data quality
  • Reviewing controls, systems, and processes to reduce risk and enhance efficiency
  • Designing and building custom tax applications to support client needs
  • Supporting tax technology implementations and configurations
  • Collaborating with leadership on impactful transformation projects
  • Managing workstreams, coordinating with onshore/offshore teams, and delivering projects on time and budget
What will you have?
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax Technology, MIS, or related field (Master's beneficial)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting, finance, tax, or tax technology roles
  • Strong interest in technology and automation in finance/tax processes
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyse and improve operational performance in tax or finance functions
It would be great if you also had:
  • Experience implementing tax reporting systems or EPM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Tagetik)
  • Knowledge of IAS12 or ASC740
  • Skills in data analytics tools such as Alteryx and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Query)
  • Basic database knowledge (e.g., SQL)
  • Project management experience
