This is a standout opportunity for a Tax Associate/Senior Associate with 3+ years PQE to join this Top 40 City of London firm.
Some experience of venture capital tax would be desirable, whilst experience of EIS/VCT is helpful but not necessary. The team has the UK's leading VCT/EIS tax practice, and a significant part of the work involves advising investors and companies on making and raising qualifying investments. You will structure and restructure investments to ensure compliance and frequently engage with HMRC on a wide range of issues, including navigating the evolving legislative landscape.
The wider team is divided into 5 categories covering different areas of tax: Venture Capital Tax, Corporate Tax, Management Incentives and Employment Tax, Real Estate Tax, and Tax Disputes.
