BCLP in the City seeks a Senior Associate to join our Structured Finance team. You will advise leading financial institutions and corporates on securitisation and related debt capital markets matters, with a focus on cross-border transactions and innovative structured finance solutions.
You will bring at least five years PQE in UK finance, fluent French, and strong drafting skills in French, enabling you to manage complex files and advise on both domestic and international deals.

This role will provide BCLP’s clients with specialist, dedicated Securitisation and Structured Capital Markets advice and transactional support. This is an excellent opportunity to make your mark within our Structured Finance team and the wider Firm.
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Associate with at least five years post qualification UK, broad based finance experience. You will have a background in debt finance ideally in structured finance, securitisation and/or structured debt capital markets (e.g. real asset financings).
You must be fluent in French and have experience drafting in French.
