Our role is to inspire courage, so tomorrow’s progress isn’t limited by today’s risks.

Lloyd’s is seeking to recruit a Senior Associate in Stakeholder Relationship Management on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You will play a pivotal role in delivering the SRM Roadmap and ensuring robust account management of Lloyd’s key stakeholders, supported by change management and training to embed best practices, facilitated by tools and solutions that promote a cohesive, informed approach, based on active information sharing and tracking of actions and engagement.
Principal Accountabilities
- Support the development of Lloyd’s SRM vision: Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, SRM to develop and refine Lloyd's SRM vision. Engage with internal customers and business users across multiple teams to understand stakeholder processes, engagement strategies, needs, and challenges. Use these insights to support informed and positive business decisions.

Coordinate and manage the Dynamics Super User Network, organising training sessions to upskill users and promote global SRM adoption.

- Collaborate on SRM roadmap: Work with the SRM change 'product delivery' team. Support the Senior Manager, SRM, in designing, prioritising, and delivering the SRM change roadmap.
- Manage SRM communication channels: Oversee SRM communication channels such as My Lloyd’s SRM Hub, Dynamics wiki, SRM monthly updates, MCH, and Super User Teams Chat. Ensure information, guidance, and training materials are available to optimise SRM technology for all Dynamics users.
- Collaborate with SRM Virtual Team: Stay updated on changes delivered through sprints. Provide updates to stakeholders, report progress to the Senior Manager, SRM, update training materials, and handle training or communication as needed.
- Ensure SRM data quality: Partner with the SRM Data team to prioritise data quality for key stakeholders. Collaborate with data owners and lead data cleansing activities to ensure confidence in global SRM data.
- Collect continuous feedback: Coordinate feedback collection from market-facing employees, SRM regional leads, and contributors. Identify areas for improvement, draft business cases, and contribute to the SRM roadmap of change.
- Review SRM usage stats: Evaluate SRM usage across stakeholder processes. Develop plans to promote good practices and address areas needing improvement. Collaborate with SRM leads to drive adoption.
- Provide end-user support: Support SRM users through bespoke dashboards, training, and responding to enquiries.
- Promote and support SRM System: Actively promote the SRM system as the central stakeholder data source. Use it to support a single view of stakeholders, monitor adoption, and influence best practices.
