Job summary

Reed, Bristol-based law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join the Volume Contracts team. You will manage a diverse caseload from start to finish, using both traditional litigation and ADR to secure the best outcomes.

This hybrid role requires excellent communication, resilience under pressure, and proactive caseload management, with a minimum of two days in the office. You’ll work toward SLA/KPI targets while upholding the SRA Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

Senior Associate Solicitor - Volume Contracts

• Location: Bristol
• Job Type: Full-time/Part-time (Hybrid, min. 2 days per week in office)

Join our client's dynamic team during a period of exciting growth and positive change. They are seeking an Associate for their Contract Disputes team within the Volume Litigation department. This role offers the opportunity to manage a caseload from start to finish, using both traditional litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage your own caseload in a commercial manner, ensuring thorough early assessment of the prospects of success for each claim.
• Handle claims in accordance with the requirements of our client's legal expenses insurance policy.
• Drive a culture of effective and efficient case handling, taking personal ownership of customer issues until resolution.
• Work to deliver on SLA's, KPI's, and financial & performance targets.
• Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Practitioner.
• Previous experience in handling Contract Disputes.
