Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations candidate to support our commercial team, focusing on contract renewals and administrative support throughout the sales cycle. This role is ideal for a recent graduate aiming to start a career in sales operations or contract management within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

The position involves coordinating customer contract renewals, maintaining data accuracy in our systems, and supporting the Commercial Management team with closing out and internal reporting. Strong organizational skills, clear communication, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the contract renewal process by working with external contractors to create opportunities in Salesforce, route them through approval workflows, and generate documentation—primarily by replicating existing contract terms with updated pricing.
  • Collaborate with Account and Commercial teams to manage renegotiations, respond to customer queries, and ensure timely renewal contract execution before expiry.
  • Review and analyze contracts, especially bespoke or legacy contracts, to identify non-standard clauses requiring updates during renewal.
  • Maintain accurate contract data in Salesforce; resolve data discrepancies and ensure customer deployment records are up-to-date.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales Support to align billing with contract statuses during the renewal process.
  • Maintain a renewal workbook to ensure accurate contract status updates, supporting regional and global reporting. Generate ad hoc reports as needed and liaise with local management for process updates and queries.
  • Assist EMEA sales teams with updating and reviewing Salesforce opportunities, ensuring compliance with company policies. Support sales with ad hoc commercial inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate interested in contract management, commercial operations, or sales support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred

  • Degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with contract or customer lifecycle management systems is advantageous.
