Senior Associate Rural Surveyor job in Inverness, Scotland

Senior Associate Rural Surveyor job in Inverness, Scotland, for a leading rural land management consultancy. The role will be working with number of clients across Scotland in relation to their rural estates, offering advice on both long and short-term estate management and rural professional matters. Salary is negotiable depend on experience + bonus + car allowance + life assurance + hybrid working + 27 days holiday.

With 60 offices nationwide, they have a long-standing reputation in the residential and commercial sectors, offering a multitude of services including lettings, property management, land, development, surveying and agency. To be considered you must be chartered MRICS with experience in rural estate management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Undertake day-to-day client management with rural estate owners, tenants and occupiers
  • Managing landlord and tenant relationships for agricultural, commercial and residential properties
  • Manage financial matters, provide reporting on budgeting, performance
  • Project management of development projects for clients
  • Manage/Coordinate estate employees where required
  • Advise and manage general rural professional matters
  • Advise client in relation to valuation and long-term and short-term estate management strategy
  • Provide concise, practical and reasoned advice to Clients at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

  • MRICS
  • Educated to Degree Level with a RICS accredited degree
  • 5+ Years experience within rural consultancy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • UK Driving Licence and own car
  • Experience in rural planning and development would be ideal
  • Experience in rural estate project management would be advantageous
  • RICS Registered Valuer preferred.
