Senior Solicitor - Real Estate Finance

TSR Legal have been recently instructed by a well-regarded multi-office Legal 100 firm, who currently have a unique opportunity for a Senior Associate to join the Real Estate Finance team within the wider Commercial Property Team based in Cardiff.

As a Senior Solicitor, you will be joining a team of experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitors who advise lenders and borrowers on all types of real estate-backed debt transactions covering all types of asset types and sizes. As part of the Real Estate Finance department, you will be responsible for advising on all aspects of the transaction covering a wide range of clients such as private and commercial banks, alternative lenders, building societies, and high-net-worth investors.

To be considered for this role, our client requires a candidate that has experience of working within a Real Estate Finance department, the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, as well as the knowledge to handle multiple matters at one given time. Our client is looking for a candidate who is currently at a senior level or perhaps looking for that next step up.
