We are looking for a Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join our Residential Real Estate team.

The role

Our residential real estate team carry out a wide variety of interesting work, dealing with a huge range of clients, working with colleagues from most areas of the business and supporting all the firm's offices.

The firm is rated as first tier in the Legal 500 directory for real estate work, with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge. More specifically the residential team are ranked in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide for High Value Residential Real Estate work both in London and as National Leaders (outside London) and Partner Victoria Davies is personally recognised in the London section of the same guide.

They are an integral part of the firm's Chambers award-winning private wealth sector which includes one of the most highly-regarded and innovative family teams in the UK, as well as a private client offering that is by any measure one of the best and most comprehensive available. Working closely and collaboratively, the colleagues in this sector provide clients with genuinely holistic advice, creating opportunities to become involved in some of the most interesting and complex private wealth matters in the market.

The team's clients include household name media personalities and professional athletes, overseas royalty, trustees of on and off shore trust structures and HNW and UHNW individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds and industries. The breadth of properties they are instructed on includes Prime London luxury mansions, listed country manors and apartments in high-end developments.

The person

We are looking for someone who has proven ability and experience in dealing with high value residential property work, gained at a high calibre firm, with well-developed knowledge of the Building Safety Act and its impact on the sale and purchase of residential property by individuals.

The successful candidate will have substantial direct contact with clients, family offices, intermediaries and professional advisers and will be encouraged to play an active part in the development of those relationships from an early stage.
