This quickly growing Top 200 Scottish firm has a well-established L500 ranked Real Estate team, who are looking for a talented Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join their award-winning department in their Edinburgh office.

Role
In this L500 ranked Real Estate team you will be engaged in some of the highest-quality work in the country. As a Senior Associate, you will be an integral member of the growth of the department and the development of junior team members.

You will work with esteemed colleagues across the country as you undertake varied real estate work such as negotiating contracts, the sale/purchase/lease of commercial property, advising on development agreements and much more.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Negotiate, draft, finalise and execute contracts for property sales and leases.
  • Review property titles and leases, providing clients with detailed reports.
  • Draft and finalise lease agreements and other related property management contracts.
  • Prepare Development Agreements through negotiation and drafting.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients and agents for long-term collaboration.
  • Assist with initiatives aimed at driving business growth within the division.

  • Scots Qualified Real Estate Lawyer with 6+ years of PQE experience
