About the Role:
I am representing a leading construction consultancy in Leeds seeking a driven and experienced Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile residential projects, with a particular focus on Build to Rent (BtR) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) schemes.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services on major residential projects.

  • Work closely with developers, investors, and design teams to ensure project success.

  • Prepare cost plans, feasibility studies, tender documentation, and contract administration.

  • Manage and mentor junior QS team members.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


About You:




  • MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.

  • Proven experience in a consultancy environment, ideally within a large, multi-disciplinary firm.

  • Strong background in residential projects (BtR / PBSA experience highly desirable).

  • Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
