Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: MRICS Senior/ Associate Quantity Surveyor (PQS)
Location: Warrington (Hybrid, 2 -3 days a week in the office)
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (inclusive of car allowance)
Exceptional bonus schemes: £££ (Christmas, performance-based, profit-sharing).

This is an integral hire role for the business who are succession planning, with a clear pathway into their leadership team. The successful Senior/ Associate Quantity Surveyor will be a part of a high-performing multi-disciplined team offering an exciting workload including pre- and post-contract work.

Main duties of the role include:

1. Preparation of bills of quantities using NRM2.
2. Lead feasibility studies including cost planning at various design stages.
3. Advise on contract selection (JCT and NEC) and relevant procurement strategies.
4. Oversee contract administration, ensuring contract compliance.
5. Carrying out site inspections and compiling cost reports.
6. Managing final accounts with contractors.
7. Dispute resolution and support on claims advice.

Essential Role Requirements:

1. MRICS Qualification
2. Proven experience in a consultancy environment.
3. Strong knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts.
