Senior Associate, PU Simulation Performance Engineer, Woking

McLaren is seeking a Senior Associate in PU Simulation Performance Engineering based in Woking, United Kingdom. This role involves creating and exploiting chassis and power unit models to maximize performance for the 2026 season and new regulations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing high fidelity powertrain models and integrating them with car simulation tools
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across various teams
  • Conducting pre-event PU simulations for chassis and powertrain performance
  • Supporting race events through real-time vehicle performance analysis
