Job summary

You will work on development and investment deals for major developers and investors, supporting acquisitions, disposals, funding and asset management, with cross-office collaboration across the UK network.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years PQE in real estate
• Qualified in England & Wales or Northern Ireland
• Commercially minded with strong transactional experience

Responsibilities

• Advising on development (commercial and mixed-use) and investment transactions
• Supporting major acquisitions, disposals, funding arrangements and asset management strategies
• Working closely with developers, investors and banks
• Collaborating with colleagues across a national and international network
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
• Supporting complex, large-scale projects and contributing to innovative solutions in a changing market
