Our Commercial Insurance team at DWF are currently hiring for a Senior Associate Solicitor or equivalent (Chartered Legal Executive).
The Commercial Insurance team is instructed by our insurer clients to pursue subrogated property damage recovery claims, working to recover insurers’ outlay where damage has been caused to their customer’s property, be it commercial or domestic premises.
This role involves handling a range of insurance claims for a number of different composite insurers across Scotland, ranging from low to high value. The work includes property casualty, property damage, product liability, and subrogated recovery cases.
As a Senior Associate Solicitor, you will be expected to manage your own caseload of property damage recovery claims, as well as supervising Junior Solicitors and Paralegals.
