Location and Client Base

Role Overview

We seek high-quality construction lawyers passionate about their local regions, eager to contribute to our success both nationally and locally. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing advice on risk management, construction contracts, procurement, development, and asset management.
  • Engaging in non-contentious construction work, including advising on decarbonisation projects and infrastructure schemes.
  • Supporting clients in public and private sectors, including public sector decarbonisation and housing development projects.
  • Conducting due diligence for real estate, corporate, and banking transactions.
  • Building strong client relationships and participating in marketing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' experience in construction law.
  • Demonstrate excellent technical skills, commercial awareness, and a strong client focus.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, credibility, and a disciplined, organized approach.
  • Be a team player with a strong academic record.
