Overview

Madison Berkeley is working with a boutique project management consultancy that operate in the Commercial office sector, primarily London based. They are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to support with the growth in project pipeline.

About the client and projects

The client will advise their clients from pre-purchase through to delivery and handover and projects tend to be CAT A and CAT B fit out and refurbishment. Projects range in value from as small as a £1m up to large scale project c.£100m. They are proud to have worked on some flagship projects.

Responsibilities

The role supports the growth of the project pipeline and delivery of projects in the Commercial office sector.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with office experience, ideally working on both CAT A and CAT B fit-outs for private sector clients.
