Job Title: Senior/ Associate Project Manager

Location: Manchester city centre (hybrid)

Salary: £55,000-£65,000 basic salary including car allowance + excellent benefits package

Are you passionate about fire safety? Experience in leading on multimillion £ projects? Looking for an opportunity in a senior leadership/management team and opportunity to equity?

Note: Experience in a construction/real estate consultancy delivering build/refurbishments is essential. Finance/IT/Marketing/ Digital backgrounds will NOT be considered.

• Coordinate proposals, review bids, and ensure procurement aligns with project requirements.
• Monitor financials, processing invoices and change orders with precision.
• Deliver timely project reports, highlighting key updates and challenges.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently, identifying solutions to potential issues.
