We are seeking a Senior Associate Project Manager to join our client's team in London. Our client, a renowned industry leader, is dedicated to excellence and innovation, with opportunities for career progression to Partner level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Commercial and Residential projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on project status.
• Foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor and/or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management).
• Proven experience managing Commercial and Residential projects within a Construction Consultancy or Developer.
• Strong project management skills, including budget and schedule control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership capabilities and experience mentoring project teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Compensation:

The salary ranges from £85,000 to £95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, with a comprehensive benefits package.
