Job Title: Senior/Associate Project Manager (Construction consultancy)

Location: Manchester or Birmingham (hybrid working arrangement)

Salary: £65,000 -£70,000 (inclusive of car allowance) + excellent private sector benefits package.

Must have a proven background managing projects in the built environment. Note: Finance/ IT project management backgrounds will not be considered for this role. Up to date knowledge in construction is essential for this role.

Role Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and design documentation, keeping everything on track.
Lead meetings, set agendas, and follow up on tasks to drive progress.
Coordinate proposals, review bids, and ensure procurement aligns with project needs.
Monitor financials, processing invoices and change orders with precision.
Deliver timely project reports, highlighting key updates and challenges.
Handle multiple projects efficiently, identifying solutions to potential issues.

Person Specification

Professional chartership in project management/ construction related qualification. E.g. MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB, MCABE etc.
Business development success and proven ability to develop business relationships.
