We are seeking a Senior Associate to lead business growth and maintain our world‑class service standards. This role offers the opportunity to lead high‑profile commissions and teams, alongside top‑tier clients, consultants and contractors, while working closely with senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in not only leading successful project delivery teams, including resource planning, task delegation and ensuring operational excellence, but also in Business Development, growing and managing commissions and winning work.

The individual should have demonstrable leadership skills, with the capability of managing a team of professionals to achieve positive client outcomes, as well as developing talent and succession planning. The Senior Associate will lead projects across the aviation space, taking responsibility for managing the project through the entire (or part thereof) Project Lifecycle, as well as supporting the G&T Partner in commission management, including fee forecasting and resource management. The Senior Associate is responsible for leading the delivery of the project to time, to budget and to specification, ensuring the project achieves all project goals and objectives in accordance with the employer’s requirements and the corporate strategic intent for the project/programme/portfolio, whilst ensuring the commission remains profitable for the company and staff members are developing in line with their development plans.
