Kennedys is looking for a Senior Associate to work in its Professional Liability team in London, specialising in construction claims and coverage advice. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly regarded and growing team.

Cases

• A vast range of construction Professional Indemnity disputes and complex coverage advice.

Required Experience

• 5+ years' UK Qualified Solicitor/Foreign Qualified Lawyer or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience*
• Experience of professional indemnity policies and coverage issues in the Construction Professional Indemnity sector
• Experience in handling high value construction claims
• Experience of both assisting on and supervising large cases in a team environment
• Previous client contact and attendance at business development events
