Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Senior Associate Procurement Consulting to join our team. In this role, you will support strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, cost optimization, and supplier management projects for a variety of clients across industries. You will play a key role in delivering value-driven solutions, managing client relationships, and supporting procurement best practices that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead procurement consulting engagements, from discovery through implementation.
  • Analyze client procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Conduct supplier market research, RFP/RFI development, bid analysis, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess procurement processes and design improvement strategies.
  • Provide insights on category management, spend analysis, and supplier performance.
  • Assist in the development of procurement policies, procedures, and governance models.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Support junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge development and capability building.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 3-6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain consulting.
  • Strong understanding of procurement tools, practices, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of sourcing platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Consulting experience required.
  • German or French language a strong preference.
