Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years PQE for Senior Associate; 8+ years PQE for Legal Director.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
• Strong drafting and advisory skills on trusts, wills and estate planning.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Provide tailored succession planning, tax and estate planning advice.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Lead and mentor junior lawyers and support staff.
• Contribute to strategy and business development for Private Client Advisory.
