Our client is a well-established and prestigious mid-market private equity investor looking to add a Senior Associate to their London team as they continue to deploy capital.

What the job involves

• Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, portfolio management, and realisation.
• Make investment decisions with a high degree of autonomy, and assist other senior team members across the fund.

Who we are looking for

• Prior European private equity experience at the associate level is prerequisite.
• Excellent academics including a degree at Bachelor or Master's level.
• A credible and engaging presentational style, coupled with the confidence to be effective in relationship building with vendors, management teams, and advisers.
• High level of numeracy and technical proficiency, combined with the commercial awareness to put the numbers into their strategic context.
