We are looking for a technically strong Senior Associateto join our Middle Office – Options team in London. You will be responsible for managing operational risk and ensuring front-to-back trade integrity in our growing options business, with a secondary focus on DeFi. The ideal candidate brings a junior quant mindset, is fluent in Python and SQL, and has hands-on experience automating risk and P&L processes, building scalable reconciliation frameworks, and working directly with options or structured derivatives.
This is a front-line technical operations role, bridging trading, risk, and engineering, and best suited for someone who thrives in high-velocity trading environments and enjoys solving problems with data, code, and process design.
