You will advise on major infrastructure, real estate developments, energy projects and provide strategic commercial guidance to clients while taking ownership of complex transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong non-contentious construction experience in private practice.
• Experience drafting and negotiating JCT, NEC, FIDIC, IChemE and/or LOGIC contracts.
• Exposure to major real estate development, energy, infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to provide commercially focused legal advice.
• Experience supervising junior lawyers and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-contentious construction and engineering matters from inception through to completion.
• Draft, negotiate and advise on a broad range of construction contracts, engineering agreements and professional appointments.
• Advise developers, investors, financiers and public sector organisations on procurement and project delivery strategies.
• Manage client relationships and oversee the delivery of complex matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice.

Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate

Salary: £170,000+

Working within a highly regarded international team, you'll advise on some of the most significant real estate developments, infrastructure programmes and energy projects in the UK and overseas.
