Qualifications

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2–6 years PQE.

• Strong understanding of construction contracts, including JCT, FIDIC, NEC, and bespoke forms.
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating appointments, warranties, and guarantees.
• Commercial approach with excellent communication skills.
