Your team:

The private markets marketing team works across EMEA and North America to increase visibility of Invesco's private markets capabilities. The team collaborates with wider marketing teams to cover advertising, branding, campaign management, content creation, press, communications, and events. Our mission is to support the business's strategic priorities and maintain our reputation as a top global private markets manager. The team consists of four marketers based in New York, London, and Frankfurt.

Your role:

We are seeking a senior marketer to join our team in Henley-on-Thames. You will work with the Director of Private Markets Marketing to support our Private Markets Strategy and Go-to-Market plan, including real estate and private credit. The role requires a marketing generalist experienced in campaign management, media relations, event management, communications, and product launches.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain Invesco's industry reputation in real estate and private credit by ensuring consistent messaging aligned with global strategies.
• Coordinate with the pan-regional private markets marketing team for global consistency in marketing plans and campaigns.
• Support strategic product launches and collaborate with investment and distribution teams.
• Work with media relations and PR agencies to promote Invesco's private markets capabilities across regions.
• Manage and deliver client and partner events, trade shows, and client engagements.
• Enhance digital marketing through data, automation, and analytics using Salesforce and Pardot.
• Collaborate with distribution and compliance teams to ensure accurate messaging for retail and institutional audiences.

What you will bring:

• Relevant marketing experience in financial services or asset management, preferably with private markets knowledge.
• Experience with real estate and/or private credit.
• Experience with institutional or WMI clients is a plus.
• Media relations experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication, writing, and design skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, Pardot, and Aprimo.
• Strong organizational skills and efficient work style.
