This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced funds lawyer to join a top-tier team with a reputation for delivering on the most sophisticated mandates in the market.
We are acting on a search for a major international firm whose Band 1-ranked funds practice continues to thrive. Their work spans the full lifecycle of private funds, covering manager- and investor-side mandates, secondaries, and broader investment management matters. The team is engaged on matters for start-up managers through to major financial institutions across a wide spread of asset classes, including private equity, credit, real estate and infrastructure.

The role will suit a lawyer with a minimum of five years’ relevant post-qualification experience from a recognised investment funds practice. You’ll bring sound judgement, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a commercial mindset. Ideally, you will have touched on both closed and open-ended structures, co-investment arrangements, and complex cross-border fundraisings.
