Qualifications

As a Senior Associate, IT, AzureOps Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving the firm’s cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus onMicrosoft Azure,Microsoft 365, andCitrix Cloudplatforms. You will be responsible for ensuring theresilience, performance, and securityof critical cloud services, while also contributing to theautomation, scalability, and modernizationof IT operations. This role requires an excellent technical foundation, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across global teams to deliver reliable and efficient cloud-based solutions in a regulated financial environment.

Reporting to the Associate Director, IT, AzureOps Technical Lead You Will:

  • Diagnose and resolve problems within the Microsoft Azure/O365 environment and Key IT systems to ensure systems are stable and performing efficiently.
  • Manage and resolve high-impact incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Perform day-to-day administration and support ofAzureandMicrosoft 365environments, including Exchange, Security, Licensing, and Endpoint Management.
  • Administer and develop across multiple infrastructure platforms includingAzure,O365,AWS, andCitrix, ensuring optimal performance and integration.
  • Design, implement, and maintainCI/CD pipelinesusingAzure DevOps, YAML, and Git workflows to support continuous delivery.
  • ApplyInfrastructure as Code (IaC)practices using tools likeTerraform,ARM templates, orBicepto automate infrastructure provisioning.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline IT operations usingPowerShelland workflow tools.
  • Provide technical mentorship to L0/L2 support staff, fostering knowledge sharing and upskilling within the team.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, including SOPs and project plans, to support operational transparency and compliance.

Qualifications

You Have:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant experience
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, SC-300, MS-700, ITIL)
  • Project Management certification or experience
  • 3+ years in senior IT Systems/Support roles with Cloud Technologies
  • Experience in rollouts and migrations

Technical Needs:

  • Proficiency in Azure, specificallyO365 Admin consult. This includes maintaining or implementing the following:
    • Azure AD, Azure/O365 policies
    • MS Server 2012-2022
    • Exchange Online, SharePoint
    • MS Defender Security, Intune/SCCM (MFA, Conditional Access)
    • Windows 10/11, Group Policy, MS Teams, OneDrive
    • MacOS (Jamf preferred), iOS/Android
    • Wi-Fi/VPN profile deployment (Palo Alto Global Protect/Prisma an Advantage)
    • Backup technologies (Azure, Veeam)
    • Networking (Meraki)
    • Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop
    • Jira
    • Azure DevOps/Terraform
