The Intellectual Property Practice at Fieldfisher has an unrivalled track record in providing strategic advice at the highest level.The practice is highly rankedin the Legal 500 for Intellectual Property and recognised in many of the leading Directories.The team advise on all types of (IP) disputes, with particular experience in disputes involving new and emerging technologies.
The team is growing at a significant rate and is now seeking to hire another experienced Senior Associate to support the team's work in patent and emerging technology litigation.The role will be based in the firm's Birmingham office but you will be fully integrated into the UK IP team, working closely with colleagues in Manchester, London and Belfast.
As a Senior Associate within the IP team you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of matters whilst leading teams of more junior colleagues in all stages of IP litigation. You will also participate in and lead business development activities. Whilst the role is predominantly litigation focused there are elements of non-contentious IP work.
