The role is based in London within Invesco Real Estate's UK, Ireland, and Nordics Investments team, overseeing over £4 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM).

What we are looking for:

The Senior Associate partners with the Investment Manager to oversee residential real estate investments, focusing on asset performance optimization. Responsibilities include developing asset management initiatives, analyzing leasing decisions, conducting financial analysis, and preparing reports. Some assets may require direct operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and executing property-level operational strategies, analyzing leasing decisions, overseeing capital projects, and collaborating with third-party managers and partners.
• Analyzing valuation models and participating in acquisitions and dispositions, managing due diligence flows.
• Preparing financial analyses, monitoring performance against budgets, and providing strategic recommendations.
• Developing Business Plans and reports, and analyzing market and lease data.
• Assisting in setting ESG+R goals and working with stakeholders to achieve them.

What you can bring:

• Experience in commercial real estate, especially residential asset management or investments.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling skills, and proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and MS Office.
• Understanding of lease agreements, valuation, and financial terminology.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• A degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
