Madison Hunt is partnered with a leading mega fund to hire a Senior Associate for their Investment team in London. The team specialises in investments across sectors focused on driving the transition to a sustainable future. Their investment strategy includes Energy Transition, Industrial Decarbonization, Sustainable Mobility, Sustainable Resource Use, and Sustainable Real Estate.

Backed by significant capital and an active investment mandate, the Senior Associate will be involved in deal execution, structuring, and portfolio management, working alongside experienced investors in a growing platform.

Interested candidates will:

• Currently be working as an Associate within a private equity or credit fund
• Have a strong understanding of infrastructure and energy transition sectors, with a proven deal track record
• Possess excellent financial modelling skills, including building models from scratch
• Hold a degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related discipline from a top-tier university
• Fluency in another European language is beneficial but not required
