Madison Hunt is partnered with a leading mega fund to hire a Senior Associate for their Investment team in London. The team specialises in hybrid investments across a diverse range of sectors focused on driving the transition to a sustainable future. Their investment strategy covers several verticals including Energy Transition, Industrial Decarbonization, Sustainable Mobility, Sustainable Resource Use, and Sustainable Real Estate.

Backed by a significant pool of capital and an active investment mandate, the Senior Associate will be involved in deal execution, structuring, and portfolio management, working alongside experienced investors in a growing platform.

Interested candidates will:

1. Currently be sitting as an Associate within a relevant sector coverage team of an investment bank, investment manager, or infrastructure fund
2. Have a strong understanding of the infrastructure and energy transition sectors, with a proven track record in debt structuring and execution
3. Possess excellent financial modelling skills, including the ability to build models from scratch
4. Hold a degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related discipline from a top-tier university
5. Fluency in another European language is beneficial but not required
