The Role

This is a fantastic position for an Infrastructure Finance Senior Associate with 5-7 years PQE to join this leading Top 20 International practice within their City of London office.

In this role, you will advise lenders and sponsors on UK and cross-border infrastructure projects, gaining insight into practical issues and market terms for project participants.

The team works on financing events and products, including syndicated loans, multi-creditor platforms, private placements, bank/bond financings, second lien, holdco, and PIK.

Requirements

• You will be a 5-7 PQE solicitor qualified in England & Wales.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
